When the refrigeration system starts to work, the water pump will pump the water in the water tank into the water distribution tray. Driven by the reducer, the water in the water distributor uniformly flows to the inner wall of the evaporator. At the same time, the refrigerant circulating in the evaporator exchanges heat with the water, cools to below the freezing point,and forms an ice layer. Driven by the reducer, the ice blade scrapes the ice off the inner wall, and then the ice falls into the ice bin, forming flake ice. Some water without freezing will flow into the water collecting tray and return to the water tank for further circulation, so as to realize the continuous ice making process.
